How to confirm the connection between ARM_M0 and SWD in the FPGA platform through Keil

I integrated an ARM-M0 RTL on a Xilinx FPGA board, connected via J-LINK SEGGER using keil.

I confirm that the J-LINK SEGGER is connected via the J-LINK tool

but i can't link on keil's icon "JLink Cmd" via J-LINK SEGGER

what should I do ? thank you
