Could anyone please tell me How to read and write to 23A256/23K256 Serial SRAM. I am using LPC1768 and I'm very new to this. Thank you.

To what, exactly?
Do you have experience with any other microcontroller(s) ?
Do you have experience with programming in general ?

That will be described in the datasheets for the chip - it has nothing to do with Keil, ARM, or the LPC1768
How to interface anything to anything else: http://www.8052mcu.com/forum/read/160143
Thank you for the reply Andy. I am new to microcontrollers but I have some experience with programming. I basically want to access the SRAM(read/write). Please let me know If you need any other inofrmation.

Then you should probably start with some basics.
I'm sure NXP will have some 'getting started' materials
eg, https://www.nxp.com/products/processors-and-microcontrollers/arm-microcontrollers/general-purpose-mcus/lpc1700-cortex-m3/512kb-flash-64kb-sram-ethernet-usb-lqfp100-package:LPC1768FBD100 - see the 'Training & Support' tab
The LPC1768 is well-established - so there should also be plenty of 3rd-party resources; eg,
https://www.keil.com/books/ - in particular, Joseph Yiu's Definitive Guide
For Keil specifically, see:
