ARM7 toolchain for Windows

What is the correct toolchain for LPC2148 (ARM7-TDMI-S) and where can it be found.? I'm using Eclipse as the IDE on Windows but can only find Cortex GCC toolchains on ARM.

Are the legacy Arm7 micros supported in Arm DS??

Yes, in much the same way as they are for MDK.
