Pull Up Resistor Value in LPC2138 MCU

Hello ,

I am learning LPC2138 MCU interfacing as input-output function. May you please suggest the pull up resistor value at GPIO pin ,

Please suggest.

    AS I found in datasheet some pins (P1.16 TO P1.31) are internal pull with 68 kohm to 300kohm. And for some (P0.1 TO P0.31) external pull up is recommended. I want to know external recommended Pull up resistor value. If some one know. please suggest
