How to generate ELF file from source files using cmd in windows

Hi...

I have some source files,  i want to generate "elf"  file for arm V8,A53 in AARCH 32 mode using command window in windows. I already installed the tool chain(Arm-none-eabi V6) can you tell me what are the commands to build. Or where can i get those commands?
