I tried using different browsers, devices and I tried opening up my firewall like I saw from another forum but I still get the same issue

Yeah, that is the same and I dont know what else I can do. Is there another way of downloading it?
I believe there was an issue that should now be addressed.
Can you try to download again? You may need to delete cookies etc.
