Is it correct that ARM C++ 4.1 is currently free for use, and if so, where do I find the serial number to satisfy the licensing requirements of FLEXnet? Our use case is testing not development....
Arm Compiler for Embedded requires a license for use. It is not free of charge, even legacy versions.
