Hello ARM team!
I'm working to get the Arm cross compiler added to the C/C++ package manager Conan. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it does not appear that the GNU software license or any other software licenses exist within the package. I know there is the "EULA" HTML license which is provided by a button an a pop up window. It would be more convenient to have the software license(s) packaged with the toolchain, preferably in a directory labeled licenses.

Would it be possible to add this to future packages as well as retroactive to 11.3 and 12.2 as well?
