Wrong download url for GNU Arm Embedded Toolchain

Hi, 

I'm going to download GNU Arm Embedded Toolchain from this page: https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-software/open-source-software/developer-tools/gnu-toolchain/gnu-a/downloads .  

The toolchain I want is: x86_64 Linux hosted cross compilers

                                      gcc-arm-10.3-2021.07-x86_64-arm-none-linux-gnueabihf.tar.xz

However, after I download, the filename is: gcc-arm-10.3-2021.07-x86_64-arm-none-linux-gnueabihf.tar.asc

The suffix is "tar.asc" instead of "tar.xz".

If I change file suffix to "tar.xz" manually after downloading, everything is fine. It seems that just a file name text error. Please check about it.
