Failed to start Cortex-A15 FVP becuase license issue

Hi guys,

I was trying to launch a Cortex-A15 FVP emulaotr on Linux (Ubuntu 16.04). But I got an error like this:

Does anyone know where I can get a license? or what's wrong with this case?
