Hello,
ARM has just announced ARMv8 architecture which supports newly introduced A64 ISA. I would be more than glad to get the documentation for A64 as soon as possible, but looks like ARM provides this just to license partners so far. May I ask when it'll also be available to open-source compiler writers?[1]

Sorry for the delay... Was away
I've asked around about the Open Source support and ARM will be working with the community from 2012 onwards to enable Linux and tools support on ARMv8.
