Hi,
My questions are about monitor for exclusive access.
1. If I want to use exclusive access in a dual Cortex cpu system, I need to design local monitor and global monitor by myself, right?
2. If the answer of first question is yes, the local monitor should be outside of CPU, so how the CLREX command works? I mean the CLREX needs to remove tagged address and reset state machine of local monitor. how CPU tells local monitor to do these actions?
Thanks!

Hi there,
Have you talk to ARM support team / FAE team? It is difficult for us (ARM staffs) to go into some detailed product information on a public forum. It is easier if you can contact us directly. If you don't have directly contact with ARM support/FAE, you can do via ARM web site. On the top right hand corner of ARM web site, you can find a link to "Contact ARM". Hope this help.
