I am investigating this issue for you. Could you please tell me which version of DS-5 you're using? The most recent is 5.27.1, so if you've just downloaded it, that will be the version. Also, what OS are you running on your host PC?

I am using the most recent version of DS-5 that is 5.27.1, And the OS running on my Host PC is Linux (Ubuntu 14.04).

It seems there was a problem with the web server that was serving up the evaluation licenses. The server has been rebooted, and everything should be working fine now. Please let me know if you're still getting an error.
