ARM9 memory

Hi,
I am using ARM9 in a linux platform and i wish to know about the internal memory for code and data?
My UBL code is exceeding the code limit and i face out of memory issue. I tried by varying its length, it got build but not booting.
Can anyone let me know about the internal Memory address and its limit?

Hi,
The chip manufacturer is TI.
It is DM355.

It depends which ARM9 chip you have; the "ARM9" is just the processor and each chip manufacturer can place whatever memory setup around the processor they like. I'd suggest checking the manufacturer's website.
