VFPv2 support for Windows CE

Note: This was originally posted on 29th March 2011 at http://forums.arm.com

Hi all,

am new to this forum and I have see several threads about VFPv2 support for Windows CE 6 but I haven't been able to figure out where I can download that support or how to implement it in a BSP.

Can someone tell me where to get this information?

We use an Cortex-A8 (i.MX51) chip.

Thanks,

Sorry, I'm not familiar with Windows CE in particular, but I presume your first step would be to enable the use of VFP in your system.

Try this link for more info:

Thanks I will have a look on the link. I have seen in the forum that ARM has done a VFPv2 library or that is what I understood and you also need a FPCRT.dll to exchange the default floating point support.

So far i was not able to find it on the ARM web site. I will search a little bit more maybe I can find it.

    Thanks,
