can any one guide me for writting the code for ARM RTOS for LPC2148 processor?

Sorry, I don't know the answer. You seem to be missing a library (or maybe an object or source file) that contains those functions.

If you're already using RL-ARM you're probably better off searching/posting in the Keil fourms: http://www.keil.com/forum/

Be sure to include version numbers of the tools and whatever command-lines and error messages you have.
