Memory Card Size issue

HI,

I am using 4GB MicroSD HC card to for booting.

I am flashing the image using the "Win32DiskImager.exe" utility.

After flashing the card, the size of the card is reduced to 128MB.

Can anyone let me know the reason and way to overcome it?
