RVCT 4.0 for Symbian ?

Hello All,

do you know anybody if "RVCT 4 for Symbian" is compatible with whatever current SDK from Symbian Foundation (Nokia) ?

ARM RVCT compiler v4.0 for symbian

and how to obtain the free license ?

i want to use it in my home computer only for learning purposes
