Send command to RV debugger from another application

Real view debugger (RVDS 4.0) has command line interface (it can be started in command line mode or commands can be entered in GUI).
The task is to send commands to running RVD (suppose, running in GUI mode) from user application (my application). Does RealView debugger has any standard interface to do it (tcp/ip or any library supplied which can be used to develop such an application)?

And I've done this task in similar way - i'm looking for appropriate windows then send them messages and so on. But i HOPE it should be more convenient and reliable way natively supported by RVDS.
