how to use OpenMAX DL Libraries

Hello,

I want to use OpenMAX DL Libraries in my application.
I am developing application using Code Sourcery tool chain for OMAP3530.

How to use this OpenMAX DL libraries in my application as it has included source code for different codec.

Does this libraries compatible with Code Sourcery tool chain?

do you know if openmax can support ARM9 arch including qemu 's http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/ARM926EJ-S
