L6000U: Out of memory error

When i compile my module, i get the following link error L6000U: Out of memory error. This happens only when i compile with --dwarf2 option. This option is required for me to debug on device. I have 4GB Ram on my desktop. But the virual memory usage is just going till 2.5 GB and returns with this error. Please do suggest me anything on this

What version and build of the tools are you using?

What command line are you using?

Can you post a cut down test case which generates the error?
