Which FVP/Fast Model are you trying to run, and are you trying to run it on the same PC as DS-5 ?
If the license is node-locked (and it looks like it is) then you will have to run them on the same PC, as the license will be locked to that PC.

The license error that I have fixed now, It's that I have rehost the MAC address for a request of ARM official.
