Development of an application on TrustZone architecture

Hello. We are students from the University of Pisa. We should develop a simple application on an ARM processor with Security Extension (TrustZone). It's not really important what the application does. For example we could write a trivial program that just switchs to Secure World and prints out "Hello from Secure World".
We have read several documents about TrustZone but we didn't find a simple example or a way to write it (for example in C).
In particular, we have read about TZAPI and TEE API but we found only the declarations of functions without implementation. How can we use these functions?
Then, how can we execute the application? We tried to install Fast Models on Ubuntu but a license error has occurred ("ERROR: Licence check failed! [...] Error Code : -9).
Otherwise, can we test our application on some emulator or some smarthphone supporting TrustZone? (for example Sony Xperia Sole has ARM Cortex A9 which should support TrustZone).
Thank you in advance.
