which c compilers support Thumb-2 instructions?
It seems linario gcc did not support yet.

I don't know about linaro gcc in particular, but gcc in general has supported Thumb2 for a long time. Did you tell gcc that your target architecture supported Thumb2? You need to use either
-march
or
-mcpu
as I recall.
