I download DSTREAM V5.22 and install it on my desktop(windows10 x64). The installation goes well, I didn't get any error. but when I open "Eclipse DS5-V5.22", I found eclipse don't contain any DS-5 function, I look like a non-DS-5 eclipse. Does anyone have any idea about what happened?

DS-5 v5.22 version is not officially supported on Windows 10. See http://ds.arm.com/developer-resources/system-requirements/ for the list of supported OS. Having said that, you can look at this article http://infocenter.arm.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.arm.doc.faqs/ka16340.html which lists the common issues with Windows installation.
