Do you have the option to upgrade to a newer compiler?
In terms of NEON support 4.2.1 is positively ancient, and includes a very early version of the NEON intrinsics which are a little buggy and rather inefficient. If you have the option of getting a new 4.6.x compiler this should be fixed, and you should also get much better NEON code generation.

The compiler is in my SDK, i don't have the newer compiler. Where i can get the 4.6.x compiler which has been created for ARM Cortex-A8 and Neon freely, thanks very much.
