Hello!
I have a device with a Marvell Kirkwood 88F6283 processor. Using cpuinfo I've managet to get the following
Processor : Feroceon 88FR131 rev 1 (v5l)
BogoMIPS : 992.87
Features : swp half thumb fastmult edsp
CPU implementer : 0x56
CPU architecture: 5TE
CPU variant : 0x2
CPU part : 0x131
CPU revision : 1
Hardware : Feroceon-KW
Revision : 0000
Serial : 0000000000000000
Linux wtplug 2.6.31.8 #1 Tue Oct 25 14:30:37 FET 2011 armv5tel GNU/Linux
1. How can I understand if this processor supports VFP (hardware)?
2. What version of VFP - VFP/VFP2/VFP3 it implements?
3. What compiler flags do I need to specify to a gcc cross-compiler in order to generate VFP code?
The reason I am writing is that I've compiled a program which uses floating point multiplication and it results in a 'Invalid operation' exception on a VLDR instruction.
4. Do you know any reasons why I get such an exception on VLDR?
Thank you!
