error in debugging DS-5 arm processor

The script file ( rtsm_launcher.py ) failed during execution:
Failed to launch model FVP_VE_Cortex-A9x1. Command:
C:\intelFPGA\18.1\embedded\ds-5\bin\FVP_VE_Cortex-A9x1.exe --cadi-server --print-port-number
exited with error code: 1
