Platform Configuration Error in Arm Development Studio program

Hello!!

I had a Platform Configuration Error while using the Arm Development Studio 2023 program with DSTREAM-ST equipment.

My FPGA(XCVU19P) Board is connected to CORESIGHT 20 cable of DSTREAM-ST equipment.

Error content is as follows.

"Scanchain detection failure : Detected number of device =136, maximum allowed = 128.

This problem is usually a result of the scanchain not acting correctly when using JTAG scans to count the number of devices."

I want to know the cause and solution of the error.

I thank you in advance for your reply.
