Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect

I am using an older version of the intel SoCEDS, specifically 17.0. With the SoCEDS, a version of eclipse and the ARM DS-5 compiler is installed. When I attempt to redeem the license, I recently purchased, I receive the error "Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect". From reading previous posts I get the idea that the issue is on ARMs side. I am unsure exactly what the issue is but if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

  • Hi

My name is Stephen and I work at Arm.

The Arm license system seems to be working correctly.  I was able to log in and obtain a 30 day evaluation license for myself.

This may have been a temporary glitch, so please can you try again?

It is possible that the Arm server is blocked by a firewall on your side.  You may need to check this with your IT team.

To generate and download a license using a serial number, please use developer.arm.com/.../licensing
