Generating 30-days eval license for DS-5 failed

Hello,

I am trying to generate 1 30-days eval license for DS-5, by the Arm License Manager in Eclipse for DS-5.

It will always fail for unknown reason.

When I clicked the finish button, it will start an animation to 'creating license', but no license are generated.

Please help to check it.

P.S.

I used to generate 1 30-days eval license for DS-5 successfully around 1 year ago.
