Unable to log in to create a 30-day evaluation license for ARM DS

I downloaded ARM DS-5 (version: 5.29.3), but I was unable to create the license since it was stuck at the login stage (even though my credentials were correct). The same credentials work for logging into the ARm developer site. Would anyone be able to assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?
