I wasn't able to download the Arm Compiler V5 from this Link: https://developer.arm.com/downloads/-/legacy-compilers#arm-compiler-5

Is something has been changed ?

I am having the same issue- When trying to download the legacy compiler, it rerouted me to a different page without downloading.
