License isn't resolved for education kits

Hello,

I have acquired a license for Arm Development Studio and generated it based on my host ID

I reviewed the host ID multiple times and yet the licensing tool always have two warning signs 

One on the license file that it didn't resolve the host ID, and the other is "The active product is not available with the current license configuration."

The active product is DS evaluation and I don't seem to find a way to change it.

This is the version and the build I have been using
