ARM DS-5 floating LICENSE: Flex License Error -7,10015 During Check-In

ARM DS-5  v5.27.1   compile and debugger is ok;
but  ARM DS-5  v5.28.1  Compilation isOK, debugge fails
The FLEXNET license server has been updated to: FlexNet Publisher 11.17.2.0

    Thanks for your additional information.   Sorry, but I still can't figure out what might be going wrong here.

    I suggest you open a Support Case using the "Support > Open a Support Case" option at the top of this page, so that the Arm Support and Licensing teams can properly investigate.

    I still recommend that you update at least to DS-5 v5.29.3 to benefit from the new features and bug fixes that it brings.
