I have installed ARM DS IDE and tried to get evaluation license at the start.
But I failed to login and encountered with the following error:
"Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect"
I have found similar issues registered previously in this bulletin.
Can you check again if the license server is working or not?

You can use keytool for importing a corporate certificate into JDK used for ARM DS IDE.Please refer to the following link for the detailed guide.

Hello, I believe the system is running OK.
Please ensure you used a proper company email, not a free email (gmail, etc). If you continue to have issues, please check with your IT department who may prevent such access by firewall.
