No libraries/ symbols/ display settings in the paths and symbols setting options.
The build setting blank is empty.

The issue is explained by the message "Toolchain required to build project is not registered: Arm Compiler 5 (DS-5 built-in)
Are you building with DS-5 or Arm Development Studio?
It may be as simple as (re)selecting Arm Compiler 5 from the pull down in the Toolchain Editor pane:
If Arm Compiler 5 is not listed, you can register the compiler with Arm Development Studio as per the below.
developer.arm.com/.../Register-a-compiler-toolchain
