DS-5 v5.29.1 setup failed. Win10 64bit

I have a problem to install Arm DS-5 v5.29.1 on my pc: win10 64bit

The installation is part of intel SoCEDS v18.1. Igen an error:

What is the problem?

Hi Arthur, This looks like a problem with your Windows ATL redistributable package. Please try installing the redistributable manually (or re-install it, if it is already there): www.microsoft.com/......

Thanks for your response, I get the same error with version 2020.1:

and my system is 64bit for sure:

This looks like a problem with your Windows ATL redistributable package.
