Hi,
I encoutered problems with my 30-days licensing of DS-5.
I'm working on Altera SoC FPGA devkit, my computer is running with Ubuntu 12.04, and I launch elcipse (after having launched Quartus, because I don't know if it's needed or not).
I get a licence.dat file from silver.arm.com, with my HostID, refered to my eth0 card.
I put this file in Help -> ARM Licence Manager. I also see the local server from LM_LICENCE_FILE. One must notive that there is "no toolkit available" in the "Select the toolkit that you intend to use".
Then in "Debug configurations" of Eclipse, I can see my USB Blaster II, wich is the correct connection for debug. But when I try to debug, I get this error message :
e arguments: -pluginCustomization /home/p1215579/.ds-5/workbench/pluginCustomization.ini -os linux -ws gtk -arch x86 -product org.eclipse.platform.ide
Error

The desired vendor daemon is down.
Check the lmgrd log file, or try lmreread.

FLEXnet Licensing error:-97,121
For further information, refer to the FLEXnet Licensing documentation,
available at "www.flexerasoftware.com".
Thanks in advance for your help,

It works !!! I can break in HWlib code from Altera.
i also keep the LM_LICENSE_FILE in the ARM licence manager dialog. It seems to have no effect on the licence.
Thank you for all,
