"Unable to execute remote query (response code 503) " issue

Hi,

trying to get evaluation license, get the following error:

Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect 

From web browser is able to login into my ARM account without any issue.

Changing proxy settings at "Window->Prereferences->General->Network Connections" menu,

I get now the following error:

Unable to execute remote query (response code 503) 

Would appreciate any help.
