DS-5 installed successfuly but getting Licensing error

Installed DS5 community edition on Xp-sp3.

install was a success. Created an arm account, copy pasted the license key given on the download page, I went with the standalone DS5 install on a clean xp sp3 system.

the license manager bound the license to the single interface (mac address) of the system.

got a new project going, imported the s5pv210-smdk example.

after doing a failed build, I get the following licensing error, not sure what I am missing in my installation :

Any ideas how to fix this error etc. I have rebooted the system, no luck.
