Installing Development Studio in ubuntu 18.04LTS

I want to try Development Studio under a virtual machine (virtual box) running ubuntu 18.04LTS. The installation was fine but during the evaluation license activation I got this error in the final step:

"No product is available to activate with the current license configuration"

I have already tested ubuntu 18.04 and 16.04 with the same result.

Any idea?

    I tried to install the Development studio 3 times. First time into a virtual machine running ubuntu 18.02, the second time into a virtul machine running ubuntu 16.04 and finally into my windows 10 machine (not virtualized). I always get the same error. During windows 10 installation I create a new ARM account with my personal mail but I got the same error at the end of product setup process:

    "No product is available to activate with the current license configuration"

    Now I'm going to open a support case
