Upgrade to ARM DS-5 5.10 - Error on Launch / Startup

Note: This was originally posted on 26th July 2012 at http://forums.arm.com

Hi,
I just upgraded to DS-5 v5.10 (from 5.7).  When I start DS-5 I get the error message, "An error has occurred.  See the log file...".

In the .log file, I get:

I tried uninstalling and reinstall to no avail.  We have about 12 DS-5 floating licenses, and I am the first one to attempt the upgrade from 5.7 to 5.10.  What's wrong?

Thanks
