uvision logging

Hi there,
I'm new to uvision and just started working on a legacy project. Trying to wrap my head around what is going on with the code base and the variable changes in window 1 seem really helpful. Is there anyway I can log these values so I don't have to evaluate them on the fly? I've looked around the IDE and couldn't seem to find anything like that. If not, I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
