Boundary scan

I have the DS-5 with Dstream, and I want to do a boundary scan to find the stage of every pin, how do I do that? and where can I find the manual for this?

    Hi abella,

    The autoconfigure tools that ship with DS-5 and DSTREAM don't support putting the scan chain into EXTEST/INTEST to do boundary scan testing and are used primarily to detect the layout of the debug and trace elements on a SoC.

    I don't know any examples of people who have used RDDI-JTAG to achieve this, but perhaps if you log a formal support request they might have some experience with workarounds for it.
