Failed to install the DS5 Community Edition~

hi, everyone
I wanna to try the DS5 Commnunity Edition. I followed the installation guide (see [url="http://kernel.ozandroid.info/?p=83"]http://kernel.ozandroid.info/?p=83[/url]).  However, I always failed at step 13. I have repeated the installation steps for many times on two PC's, in different network. However, the same error was encouted.
More datails are pasted below.
