DS-5 community edition license - activation code the option is in disabled state

I have installed ARM DS-5 community edition. For me to enter the activation code the option is in disabled state. what is the problem.

Did you follow the link on the left or right box?
If possible, please could you provide a little more detail so that we can figure out what is happening? Do you, for example, see the "add license" dialog that I posted above?
