Hi all,
Now i use LM3S8962 evaluation board and the manafucturer supplies the driver library for it.Driver library
which is provided,is made easier everything for me.I want to know that is there any vendor or manufacurer
which provide driver library or anything else like driver library ???

All of the major Cortex-M microcontroller vendors provide CMSIS compliant header files and some driver libraries.
(e.g. TI, ST, NXP, etc). Just goto their web sites and search for it.
You can also find some of the CMSIS header files and startup code in development suite installation (e.g. for Keil MDK, you can find the files in C:\Keil\ARM\INC).
