Greetings, im a computer engineering student at FEUP, faculty of enginnering of the university of Porto, Portugal.
Recently i was told that i would be needing ARM DS-5 for one of my classes, my problem is when i try to download it , after i sign up for it im send to a page that says 'Thank you for requesting to download the DS-5 Community Edition , Your data was submitted successfully and we will be sending you a link to download via email shortly." the problem is i never received any email. At this point i have tried with 3 different emails, including the one i have linked to this account, and got nothing. Can anyone help me?
Hi, thanks for the reply. I tried doing it right now , i tried with the email thats linked to this account , as well with hotmail email and unfortunately i got nothing from both. I have double checked my spam folders and the email wasnt there either.
So I looked for similar reports on this forum and found one that said if you have ever told Arm you dont want to receive emails (some form of 'unsubscribe') then this prevents the email from getting through to you. Though in your case it seems like you have tried several email addresses, so that is unlikely to be the issue. Let me chase this up internally to make sure we did send the email.
