hi, experts:
Does NEON unit have power management feature? (Similar to ARM core's DVFS function)
If NEON has power saving features, How about VFP unit?
If NEON has power saving features, so which doc will describe it?
Will NEON and VFP share some hardware funtions?(except for registers)
best wishes,

Are you asking about what an implementation _could_ do, or what a particular processor _does_ do?
Most of the processors I have worked with have the ability to separately power on/off the NEON logic to the rest of the core. I don't know of one that allows the NEON unit have its clocked varied independently of the main processor, doesn't mean it doesn't exist though.

Again I can only speak for the processors I've worked with.... But my experience is that the NEON and VFP logic are in the same power domain. So NEON+VFP is powered, or NEON+VFP is not powered.
